Conditions

General information
  1. The master classes will be held at The Minor Basilica of Marijampolė (J.Bendoriaus Str. 1), Lithuania.
  2. The theme of the "Organ Summer Academy 2009" - "The French Organ School".
  3. It's possible to attend the master classes as an active participant or as an observer.

Active participants
  1. Each active participant is required to pay a class fee of € 150,-.
  2. The fee includes the following: registration for the classes; accommodation at the Parish Centre of Marijampolė, nearby the Basilica (twin rooms with a bathroom/WC).
  3. Active participants should fill in the Registration form and send it until May 15th, 2009 to the address: "Naujasis vargonų forumas", Žirmūnų Str. 98 - 61, LT-09122 Vilnius, Lithuania or by E-mail: .
  4. The payment should be made to "Naujasis vargonų forumas" account, mentioning "Organ Summer Academy". Account number: LT54 7044 0600 0156 7907, SEB bankas, Vilnius, Lithuania, Swift-Code of the Bank: CBVILT2X.
  5. Please send us the copy of the document proving the made payment together with the registration form.
  6. The active participants may get the certificates for the attending the master classes upon request.
  7. The registration fee is not refundable in case of cancellation of an accepted application.
Observers
  1. Day's price for an observer - € 30,-. It should be paid upon arrival in Marijampolė.
  2. The observers take care of the accommodation in Marijampolė by themselves.
  3. The observers are not obliged to register in advance.
