Organ Summer 2009

International Festival "Organ Summer" is held at the Lithuanian seashore since 2002. Its aim is to introduce the different organ schools and world famous interprets of organ music to Lithuanian public. We offer to our listeners the stylistically broad repertoire and strive for presenting of the huge expression possibilities of organ.

As usual the programmes of the Festival reflected the wide panorama of organ music: from the old Masters up to improvisations – when music was born at the same time it was played.

The 8th International Festival "Organ Summer" will take place on May 30 - July 4, 2009 at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nida.
